Diabetes PA iPhone app

Not sure if this is a senior moment but ........

I can add any round number for a BG reading but the app does not appear to accept the , on the iPhone automated keyboard. I want to input my FBG this morning of 5.6. (yay it's come down!!!!). But it will only accept a 5 or a 6.
 
The app won't work for me either. Have tried to download it from today's news letter twice, but exactly as the reviewers say in the App Store, some back to 2014, as soon as you click the 'get started' button, it crashes. Went in via the main Diabetes Digital Media Ltd website, downloaded two more times, same result. I am very disappointed, had really got in the frame of mind to start using it.
I think my disappointment is compounded by the fact that I wanted to complete the GI survey that was part of last week's news letter (the one about hops! ?26/04/2016.) Three times I tried, got exactly to the same point, clicked and crashed. Decided to call up DCUK Coventry - absolutely delightful young lady, so helpful. She offered to fill in the survey for me from her screen, guess what? Exactly the same point it crashed!! By this time there were no Tech Guys present, but it was going to be looked into. Checked out methods of communication etc.
I have heard nothing, via any means since, nigh on a week. I've tried the survey again, but no change. Tried refreshing page to no avail.
So, fantastic forums indeed, shame to be let down by the other things.
@Henwoman I don't think you're having senior moment, but confess to evaluating myself for the same these last few days! I really hope you get yours sorted, I hope @Administrator will pick this up and offer some help.
 
Posts reported to admin as they need to get the IT guys to fix the bugs. Hope they manage it soon as it looks such a good app, and like you was really geared up to using it. As well as bug fixes they don't appear to have tested it across all platforms either. Fingers crossed.
