Diabetes Preventable Programme

I do not have diabetes
Joining site. I am on a Diabetes Prevention Programme and so have been looking at all issues to help me understand more about it.
Is there a separate Diabetes Programme area within this website? or is all and everything to do with Diabetes on here (as it appears to be). I would appreciate any support.

There is some information in my signature for new members, including some details of the Low Carb Programme. Not sure if this is what you meant? Have a read, anyway, and come back with any questions you have.
Our members are generally friendly and can advise with information from their own experience.

There seem to be various types of programmes on offer, so not sure what yours focuses on. If there's anything you'd like to know, just ask... There's usually someone around with an answer or two. Anyway, welcome, and I hope we can be of assistance! :)
