Diabetes problems

I am I'll at the moment with a bad stomach Dr has taken me off my Metaformin for a week as it upsets my stomach. Now I feel dizzy if I try to stand up and walk, my head is fuzzy and my right fingers are numb. Can you give me any advise please.

The numb fingers are worth taking back to the doctor. This can be diabetes related and well worth letting him/her know about it. I can't help with the fuzzy head. Mine is always fuzzy.

Dizzy doesn't sound good and a quicker doctor's appointment might be in order.

Yes, see the doc about the dizziness. Were you on Metformin SR (Slow Release) version? If not suggest to the doc (tactfully!) that he/she prescribes that
