Diabetes related Symptoms

My closed one Otherwise My lovable one during her childhood onwards she did not want to like sweets to eat. Ten years back she diagonised Diabetes disease. I dont know why After she diagonised it onwards she felt more cravings when she saw sweets could you people claritfy it?
