Diabetes tracking app for Windows phone

I am wanting to track my stats on my phone - I need suggestions for a suitable app to download to my Windows phone.

There are plenty for iPhone and Android, can't seem to find the perfect fit for Windows though.

Just opened my Windows phone, went to Store to do a search, and found this free app - Diabetes Manager by Collective Wisdom Now.

You can choose mmol/L, set goals, enter readings, check progress, export data via an email.

I've just installed it, and will enjoy seeing how I get on.

Thanks for your replies, I did download that app this afternoon, and it seems to be exactly what I want. Will use it for a bit and see how it goes.
