hi i have had osteomylitis i had to have part of the bone removed in my toe which affected my balance i also have nueropathy i applied for personal independance payment it got declined is there any way of getting through to these people has this happened to anyone before

You can appeal if you go to citizens advice they can look over your application to assist you too - you should answer every question as if it's your worst day too
