I do, and I haven't noticed any rise in blood sugars. When I was first diagnosed I worried that the VG liquid I vape would cause a spike, but no, it didn't happen.

For your information, there is no such thing as a "random spike". There are always causes: incorrectly set basal, illness, stress, insulin that has lost potency, injection site issues, etc.
Although the above does not relate directly to your "vape" concerns - it may well do you good do have a look through the past forum threads to see what can actually case a BG spike
