iam suffering diabetic balanitis,is circumcision necessary for this ?pls advise

@sekhar.2008 Have you spoken to your doctor? How are your blood sugar results? High blood sugar can cause irritation.

I had balanitis in my mid-30's and ended up being circumcised. It's no big deal and to be honest, I prefer it.

What sort of BG levels do you have, if they are high it'll will probably remain a long term problem, I switched to a LCHF diet which lowered my BG levels, within a week all such problems disappeared and have not returned.
