Welcome to the forum @pinklady69 Have a look in the low carb recipes thread. @ewelina has a blog on low carb baking, with some cake recipes. If he likes chocolate cake I posted a recipe for a slow cooker dark chocolate cake in the Low Carb recipes thread:
