Diabetic Dance

Anybody heard of the new charity craze in USA. Its similar to the ice bucket challenge but dancing for 23 seconds to represent the time someone is diagnosed as diabetic. Every 23 seconds .
Maybe us in England can do a similar one.

I'll treat it like I did the ice bucket challenge. Give the appropriate amount to charity and nominate someone else.
