Diabetic diarrhoea

Hi, T2 for nearly forty years and recently diagnosed with gastroparesis and diabetic diarrhoea which happens about twice a week.
Any advice how to deal with the diarrhoea apart from more tablets.

I would have thought that the gastroparesis would have stopped all diarrhoea so maybe it's the pills. what pills do you take?
