When you say 'diabetic icecream' do you have a brand name?
MANY of us have been warned off 'diabetic foods' because they are usually Frankenfoods with added rubbish and weird formulations, when very often, real food is much better for us.
If you have a brand name, you could look the ingredients up online and check it out. Maybe even find other, better brands available near you.
I usually make my own icecream from 2 parts frozen berries, 1 part double cream and erythritol (sweetener) to taste, all blended together in a powerful blender and eaten immediately. It takes about 2 mins from start to finish (not counting eating time)
Alternatively, there is a new brand on the market called Oppo, this is low cal and low fat, and has healthy coconut oil in it. I have been rather disappointed in the salted caramel flavour, but am willing to try the vanilla and the mint choc chip - all in the interests of science, you understand.![]()

oops sorry just saw you had put this up already... sorry BrunneriaThe only place around here is the Holland and Barrett - and that is such a tiny store they had to order it specially and 'reserve' it for us in their storeroom freezer.I really appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond!
If you go to the Oppo website, they have a store locator that lets you put in your postcode, and will then tell you your nearest supplier.

beware it is still pretty high carb..19.7g per 100g in the vanilla so best avoided (in my humble opinion).
