Hi, I used http://www.medicaltags.co.uk/heart-id-necklace.html as I wanted a delicate, dainty one! I ahve the 'Tiffany' inspired heart which is lovely, silver (not plated!) and lightweight. I guess it depends on what klind of jewellery you usually wear but I love mine and would probably wear it even if I didn't need to! I had my name, DOB and Type 1 Diabetes/Insulin engraved on the back

Amazon is a great choice I have ordered mine had a large selection and a choice of colours and free engraving I will post a pic when mine arives

I use Cougar charms (ebay seller) you buy the starter bracelet then you add the medical charms taking out the blank one till it fits your wrist. Stainless steel but if you have irritation try micro pore on the back. very dainty and personal to you

My bracelet arrived today from theidbandco.com
I love it, dressy for when I'm out in contrast to the band I got from here for completing the survey. Not sure how to post photos on here though!
