Diabetic neuropathy

Just been diagnosed with large fibre peripheral neuropathy. I get pins and needles in my leg. How fast does this progress. How will it affect me with mobility. Will I have to surrender my driving licence and do I have to inform the DVLA. and my insurance company. Am worried for the future.

Hey Davy, sorry to hear that! I would imagine you will have to inform dvla but I could be wrong as I have no experience of it, I'm sure someone else will be able to shed a bit more light for you

I got results from my retino appt yesterday that i wasn't expecting and I googled and wished I hadnt. we all do it, we are impatient and want answers NOW lol
