Diabetic Register - Any Choice?

If anyone is interested, here is the list of codes specific to diabetes - is it any wonder the system is in a mess. There are hundreds of them just for diabetes.

I am proudly non compliant and I hope I am coded accordingly.

Funnily enough, my records show I am on a high fibre diet. Apparently there is a tick box on the computer system, listing various recommended diets, but there isn't a tick box for any of the low carb variations, so my nurse chose the high fibre because she had to tick something!
