Diabetic stiffness

Can diabetic neuropathy cause stiffness in muscles in legs and lower back also could it cause severe eye pain I'm 23 years old bare in mind and only had diabites 5 years i am type 1 and it is controlled but like everyone have highs sometimes but not chronic i don't have numbness just severe weakness and now having what I can only describe as loss of function in my right leg and dystonia jerks in both my feet I am in a bad way and need help

Theres a posting on RLS recently.. Check out your symptoms against people in this posting....

Do go and talk to your gp on this...where is the pain in your leg? All way down? Hip and top? Or below knee?
Are both feet affected by this movement.. Is it when you sit down and relax or go to bed? Or is it also when you are sat possibly at a desk?
