Was wondering how many other trans people there are in the diabetic community? And if anyone has any resources I could use/look at. Not sure how taking two hormones would go.

There are some Bumping this thread for you, but you could also try a Search.

We had a similar question asked a while ago about hormones.

Interested, bump.

If its any help a lot of diabetics also take other hormones including thyroxine and there are minor interactions.
