Here's my jam recpe I thought i'd share it with you.
Ingredients
1 pint crushed ripe Strawberries.
1 pint crushed ripe Raspberries.
1 pint crushed ripe Blueberries.
3/4 cup water.
2 or 3 Gelatine leaves.
1/2 cup of Sweetener.
Method
Place fruit in a pan with the water.
Bring mixture to full rolling boil (a boil that doesn't stop bubbling when stirred) on high heat, stirring constantly. Boil exactly 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the softened gelatine & stir.
Remove from heat. Stir in Splenda Granulated Sweetener.
Skim off any foam with metal spoon.
Jar your jam it’ll keep in the fridge for around a month.
Diabetic Triple Berry Jam
