Why ... do you really think this quick fix will work ?
Have you tried eating real food .. Low carb high fat will work and is going to be a way of eating that you can enjoy .. rather than making some quick fix fat cat richer for selling this wonder product to you .. think about it !
Edit to tagg @daisy1 who has information that you should find helpful in understanding your diabetes

I have a blood glucose, hormonal condition that I've probably had for about twenty years.
The only thing that has worked for me is low carb, full fat!
I have tried every diet and gimmick in the world (probably) and none have ever worked except low carbing!
You will never get control of your blood glucose levels on a quick fix-it solution.
It is lifestyle change needed!

Hi abnan, Yes, I believe you could safely take that product. I also believe however, that it is very unlikely to lead to any significant long term fat loss. Additionally, it is probably fairly costly and will most likely be a waste of money.

Please take a look at the low carb forum here. There is lots of great info there on healthy natural diets that are low in carbs and processed foods (but not low in healthy natural fats), and to be honest, as a T2 diabetic this is your best chance of real long term success.

For long term weight loss and control it is better to adapt to a balanced diet rather than relying on processed products. It won't do you any harm to use the product but I'm not too sure if you will get the results you are hoping for.
