i remember when i got referred to A+E i was in the waiting room and i remember a nurse shouting reallllly loudly!!!! we got the results of the diabetic girl yet?


and i was just there thinking oh right. so i am diabetic then thanks for the confirmation!

I always try to remember that it's good to have a perspective on it.
Mine is diagnosed and under control.

I do have Diabetes But! .. IT DOES NOT HAVE ME!

I think Rushy has it in one, 'perspective' is the name of the game.

As long as we keep everything associated with diabetes 'in perspective' we should be ok, name calling is for children who don't know any better, we diabetics should let it go over our heads, we are adults after all, aren't we? G
