Diabetics R Us

Should have been at a school reunion tonight but...... I'm exhausted all the time. I wouldn't have lasted the evening out. Shame. I love them normally.
 
This 800cals diet helps control my weight but by no means helps with my quality of life. I'm exhausted all the time. I suspect sugar content of shakes. Luckily meds dancing my bgs down. Otherwise I'd be having very high bgs too.
Next time I do this diet I'll buy more expensive lower carb milkshakes. Because I'm worth it! Ha ha
 
Biting my nails as to what my weight will be at 10am at hospital, tomorrow. I'll be gutted if I'm not similiar weight to GPs scales, last week.
My home scales don't like me wobbling about and I've weighed after my 3 meals today. So I should be more than OK but if I swell up, I'm in trouble.
I swell up very easily.

Our builders started work this morning. The dilapidated sun room is no more. They are now digging the footings for the new extension. I hadn't realised how deep these things are, and it is solid clay. They are also re-arranging the waste water pipes and attaching one of them to the soil pipe, so we now can't flush the loo or pour water down the sinks. Hey ho.
