Same to you! Hope everybody will have better dreams than I had last night.Goodnight all, sleep peacefully. Xx
I would send you my old ones but they live in my bathroom where they're usually finished when the next one is due. So they're not really up to a second life after a month in wet surroundings.
Same to you! Hope everybody will have better dreams than I had last night.
I am too! Woke up shaking and crying and thought I just had my first night time hypo. I hadn't, bg was fine at 6.2 or so, it was just the dream.I'm sorry you had bad dreams.
chapter 2 of the dream, the Rolling Stones were going in for their A1C
Thanks, love that!A hug and a mug of virtual (and sugar-free) hot cocoa for that dream. Yikes!
I called the volunteer job about 45 minutes before I was expected, having been nervous and doubting all week. The dream was just the last clue. No-one answered the phone so I drove up there to tell them in person. To prevent myself from not saying anything and simply stay I took one of the dogs with me in the car, it obviously couldn't stay there for 3 hours, and I didn't take any diabetes stuff with me. Pretty stupid, but hey, it workedI just quit a volunteer job here that I thought I would love but I didn't. I haven't given notice, I just haven't been showing up.
I really don't know where the church in my dream came from, as I don't have any experience with churches except as a tourist. Maybe my brain found a place where I'd be very uncomfortable, especially having a leading part. Very smart choice, brain!I have weird dreams occasionally that take place in the church I grew up attending.
Of course you don't need the right shoes to go to church. On the other hand, I don't think church is needed for faith (I'm not an expert, though) so it should be fine to stay at home in whatever clothes you feel comfortable in!I don't have anything to wear including the "right" shoes. Of all places, a church should fit Thoreau's dictum as an enterprise not requiring new clothes. Or even "OK" ones.
The worst nightmare was after I read 'The Exorcist'. Big mistake, I dreamed my firstborn had been posessed. )))shudder (((
My brother in law went to the cinema to see the Exorcist when he was about fifteen or sixteen, Judith and I were staying at her parents at the time for a few days he spent the night sleeping in our room on an air bed as it scared him so much, He is now an Educational Psychologist go figure. It's strange, my nightmares always involve my children being in danger and they can leave me unsettled for weeks sometimes months after. The worst nightmare was after I read 'The Exorcist'. Big mistake, I dreamed my firstborn had been posessed. )))shudder (((
