Diabetics R Us

Guzzler I’m glad you are a bit better

I’m plagued by pains in my feet (Neuropathy) still off work and really want this to go away

Sorry to hear that, Cumbs. Do your pain meds not work?

I hope the weather continues to be warm and sunny for your break at Ambleside, Hayes Garden Centre is worth a visit, we go there often.
Hope so but wouldn’t mind if it’s a little cooler than down here in Somerset. Having a big garden we like garden centres so may look out for it.

Hope you're feeling better today @JohnEGreen
Thanks @Guzzler Somewhat better today though the cist on my back still painful but antibiotic starting to work had some bad cramps in my right foot this morning but thats gone off and the Caneston HC cream the doctor gave me for my hand is helping she said if it's not cleared up in a week to go back.the cut finger is OK now. so am pricking away on all four once more.

Cooler day so MG at bay.

That's good news. Sounds like you have one foot on the road to recovery.

Somerset eh are you a cider drinker?
We used to have a big garden but too big for me to maintain so moved house in 2016 and that’s got a teeny weeny garden

Hope you take some pics to post on here when you come up to the lakes

They started with amitriptylene then Duloxatine now I’m on Gabapentin no effect as yet

A few people switch from Gabapentin to Pregabalin and see better results. Amitriptyline is good as a first drug but for pain releif it is quite mild. Hope you see better levels soon.

I'm putting my foot down, they are not using my spoons to get the tyres off my manual wheelchair!
