My inexpert suggestion with Quorn would be to add powdered sage and tomato sauce. The sage adds a salty flavour and the sauce disguises the lack of taste. Perhpas egg to add texture ? The BSLs are certainly better than with real sausages !!We have Quorn here too, I thought the sausages were disgusting
