We have Quorn here too, I thought the sausages were disgusting :meh:

I actually counted my carbs today; I've had 86.7g in total.

Busy day at work today but got through lots of work :smug:
My inexpert suggestion with Quorn would be to add powdered sage and tomato sauce. The sage adds a salty flavour and the sauce disguises the lack of taste. Perhpas egg to add texture ? The BSLs are certainly better than with real sausages !!
 
Morning all

Terrible night, woke up just before 2am and gave up when I heard the church bells strike 4 :mad:. I've had a cuppa and I'm about to make lunches.

We have a new planning expert starting at work soon and she's coming in today to meet everyone, I suppose I'd better be on my best behaviour ;)

I get Asdas pork with .leek and black pepper sausages Less than 1% carbs let 100g and they taste really good

I buy high meat content sausages (97% meat) that are around 1g carbs per sausage. Very nice and tasty with a grilled real tomato, bacon, eggs and mushrooms.
