Diabox connection

Can anyone tell me why Diabox isn't connecting to Libre 2 as I've ensured all location settings are set up correctly?

Using Samsung A50, Android 11

Has the LibreLink App got alarms set? That would grab the connection. Turn them off and 'force close' the app and see if it connects. Give it a few minutes.

Is this not in the docs? If not I may be barking up the wrong tree!

I don't use Diabox but a quick search found these instructions: https://oddhogg.com/connecting-the-libre-2-to-a-smart-watch/
You don't mention whether you want to connect to a watch but most of these instructions don't mention the watch bit.

Thanks for this. Started a new sensor and this appears to be working OK with Diabox now, as trying to use Diabox sometime after sensor started appears to have been issue for me.
