I have not needed fast acting insulin for the last 14 days I have eaten normal meals , I have been taking my 24 hour lantis , but this morning I woke up and my bg was 3.8 , when I went to bed my level was 6.9, is this my honey moon , confused

Seems to be you are indeed experiencing the "honeymoon period". Your pancreas is still probably producing insulin in either very small amounts or sporadically or both. Keep testing and be prepared to adjust.
