Diagnosed with T2, about 2 & half years now.

Hi. I am going to only mention atm that I was on beta blockers for many years and after being diagnosed with T2 I decided to do research and no longer take them nor do I take my statins which I believe cause more damage than good. I take Metformin. I have other (painful) chronic conditions, so it can get complicated.
