I recently had an email to change from Diasend to Glooko but am having problems actually signing up to the Glooko site. It just will not accept my password and I have tried a number of times. Has anyone else had the same issues? My diabetes nurse told me to ask on a Forum! I have contacted the Glooko support team but heard nothing back as yet.

If you read my post, I have tried a number of times with re setting passwords! This is why I never bother with forums!

Yes, I have on several websites that the password is supposedly wrong but isn't, I have done what @barrym suggested and done the "Forget password" option.

The last time this happened was on my banking app, so it does work and is worth trying.

My apologies. I have re-read your post and still fail to see where you say you have tried resetting the passwords.

Probably me being a bit dim. Sorry.

Hope you resolve it soon.

Have to agree it definitely does not say the password had been reset.

Have you tried the diasend old link, this still works for historical data, then you can see if password is correct. You need to also use the link to move your account as given in the email as its this that creates your new Gluco account and links it to Diasend, by the way its the same team that manage both. I had to contact them because the "downloader" was not working, they came back to me within a day.

FWIW I often use 'forgotten password' option as a way of checking if I actually have an account. Go to any site where you have to login, click on forgotten..., enter your email (or one you just made up) and it will tell you either they don't know you, or a blanket 'reset sent to your email' which will never arrive if you don't have an account.
