Hi,
Basically around a month ago i had a severe hypo which i believe was related to a high fat meal (lots of lasagne) which delayed the rate the carbs were absorbed so the insulin kicked in and made me hypo first.
Since then ive basically cut out fat as im scared it will happen again, ive just been eating lots of carbs and protein but ive noticed that now ive basically cut out fat i am always hungry!
Any advice?
