By any chance could anyone help me out with a good diet plan or no were I will get 1 from I have only been type 1 diabetic since April and it just seams like anything I eat is bad for me Tia

Hello, @parkinsonryan , and welcome to the forum!

I see from your profile that you're on Novorapid for your meals and levemir for your basal insulin.
That means you're, in theory, able to adjust the amount of novorapid to the amount of carbs you're eating.
How are you deciding how much to take for your meals? Are you on fixed doses for every meal or counting the carbs and dose for that? Have you done a DAFNE course or such (if in the UK).

It's hard to help you out with your questions when we don't know a bit more.

When you say “bad for you” in what way? Blood sugar levels or something else?
Have you been taught about dose adjusting and carb counting yet?
As Antje says you can in theory eat anything you fancy - but it may take a bit of tweaking to get the insulin right.
