Thanks both, I will take your advice and ask for a referral for dietician at either heart clinic (this week with nurse) or if she won't then with the doctor at my review on the 29th. Until now I have been eating Wiltshire Farm Foods meals as I thought they were nutritionally balanced, but I do like my bread and so have sandwiches at tea time. I can eat certain vegetables peas (few), carrots and broccoli if they are all cooked to melting pot levels, but mainly live off chicken breast, mash or chips. The stupid thing is that I absolutely adore salads and really miss my lettuce of all things. I will see what they come up with. Thanks a lot. :wave:
