Just have a look at other threads with a title you think might interest you, and chip in where you like!
There are many serious threads, where it's important to stay on topic to help someone out with a question they have, but there are lots of chatty threads too.

There is one long running thread in the general chat section of the forum where you can meet the members & take the chat in any direction. Diabetes or not..
