Hi
I have started another job,it's only for 3-4 weeks. It is a active day,on your feet, sometimes running about, pretty physical!!
I take some malt loaf, banana & maybe a hot x bun as well as a roll for lunch & yoghurt. Was just wondering if there was anything better to eat that would give me energy but not overly fatty
Thanks

'good fats' are an excellent energy source and won't spike your glucose and insulin levels. Pairing a healthy fat and carbohydrate together will reduce the rate of glucose absorption also.
