Hi all , has anyone signed up to diet doctor .com ? Is it any good , how much is it ? I think I am managing to keep my carbs low ish but any help is always welcome . By the way , had my letter to attend w.w for pre diabetes help 21st Jan . Will post up when attended. Xt malc .

There is a lot of info and recipes available on Diet Doctor without signing up. I suggest you have a good look around first.

Hi,

There is a fair bit to peruse on the DD site for the carb concious.. The recipes are there & the carb count.

These no reason why you can't give a few dishes a go without subscribing?
