I decided to have a crack at low carb baking again - not done any for a few years now and always with mixed success. I made the diet doctor cheesecake and it was fantastic! Really impressed with the resources on there as I've never really been on there.

I have a folder of recipes I've printed off from DD - I think it's a great site, keeps it simple and informative.
