I'm not a diabetic and after a lovely holiday I've over indulged so I'm going to follow the slim fast diet for a couple of weeks to kick start weight loss. It requires 1 low carb dinner a day, my partner is a type 1 diabetic very well managed. I'm just wondering if he can also eat a low carb meal so I don't have to cook 2 different things every day, if so can anyone recommend recipes that would be suitable for him or things that I should include in meals. Hope this makes sense and thank you for your help.
