As adults we often see the negatives!When I worked in a paeds unit I used pictures and food models to teach kids - used to get kids to put pics on the fridge . It is easier now with digital cameras. Using weighing scales can be useful - could be a game with younger kids! TBH as a student i spent hours weighing food that is how we learnt to carb count!</blockquote>
