Hi all,
I am attending an Old Boys military reunion dinner soon. On the instructions they sent me there is an option to write something about 'dietry needs'.
I am on low-carbing like a lot of us. I am unsure what is best to write in so as not to confuse.
If I put in "No carbohydrates" - they would probably take that literally and not serve any whatsoever including meats etc. If I put 'low carbs' then that could be left open to interpretation as to what 'low' actually is.
I eat a lot of protein so dont want the meat rations to be cut out!
I was thinking of writing in "no to low carbohydrates, high protein, no sugar".
I hope I am not getting myself in a tis-was but I really want to challenge them on this and also to enjoy the meal! Any ideas or suggestions everyone, please.
Thanks in advance.
