What is the difference between diabetes.co.uk, and diabetes.org.uk? Both have forums - I seem to be a member of both, but to what advantage.......?

Diabetes.org.uk is the charity Diabetes UK that funds research, advocacy and advice for people with diabetes
diabetes.co.uk is the website associated with the company DDM Health Limited which advocates a low carb diet.

I was a member there too

I felt as if was more eatwell & type 1 orientated

Sure others will disagree

Either way, as a type 2, I personally found here way more Pro active regarding realistically dealing with type 2's main issue ..carbs .

And of the two I'd definitely recommend DCUK over the other to any type 2 family or friends.

Agree, except I think the advocacy on low carb diets is aimed at T2's by DDM, not all diabetics.
