This was a random check up as I was a Little tired these days and I linker it to a possible diabetes diagnostic.
I have 30.1 BMI (1.75 cm 92 kg) and I am pretty sedentary (at least was until i got the first results which scared me and I started going to gym at least once Per day)
I started a diet too, as I saw that low carbs are the thing that gets most people’s levels down
I was (and still am) pretty scared and I want to take the best approach in living a healthy life
