Hello everybody,

I have tested my hba1c 4 times these days as I got some different results.

Lab 1: HPLC - 5.9, Ion Exchange - 5.7
Lab 2: Turbidimetric - 5.3
Lab 3: Waiting for results (and their way of checking)

Should I make a mean of the measurements? Do you have any idea what measurements system is better?
Thank you!

Ultimately its just a rough snap shot of what your levels have been like over the last 90 days......so the accuracy of the number is irrelevant....

the general number is great though, so your risk of complication is pretty much non existent at those levels...

According to those numbers you are below the threshold for diagnosis as Pre-Diabetic.

Do you think you might be (or perhaps were in the past) diabetic?

This was a random check up as I was a Little tired these days and I linker it to a possible diabetes diagnostic.
I have 30.1 BMI (1.75 cm 92 kg) and I am pretty sedentary (at least was until i got the first results which scared me and I started going to gym at least once Per day)
I started a diet too, as I saw that low carbs are the thing that gets most people’s levels down

I was (and still am) pretty scared and I want to take the best approach in living a healthy life :(

Sensible approach.

It doesn't look as though you have diabetes which is good news.

Are you feeling better now?
If not, you might want to see your doctor to try and work out why.
If not

The problems were that I had something on my foot (was red and when I would flex the foot it would get white dots), it was on both feet and I thought it is neuropathy.
Does neuropathy look different or it’s just internal? I Could not find any picture about it on google, and neither “diabetic feet photos” would return anything usefull.

Thank you for your help

Edit: as for better - yeah, surprisingly better, but it might be my motivation which makes me feel more energic...
