Different prices for the same test strips?

I was idly searching the bit on diabetes.co.uk test strips etc-they offered 50 strips for £22.75
If you go to Spirit - healthcare yourself the same strips are offered at 50 for only £12.75 which is a huge difference and what I always pay. Does anyone know why there is such a huge discrepancy?

I use the CareSens meter by the way.

£10 difference does seem rather a lot.
Maybe a misprinted higher price,
or
Maybe the wholesalers charge a different unit price depending on numbers ordered by each company
or
Maybe the buyers at one company manage to squeeze the suppliers harder than the other,
or
Maybe it's a simple case of profiteering.
