Different Underlying Condition?

Can any condition (other than Pre-diabetes) cause the following combined symptoms ...?

Shin Spots
Protein leakage in kidneys
Numbness in hands and feet
Heart Attack

The fact that no-one has answered you yet suggests to me that no-one can give you an answer! Unfortunately we are not doctors, and we can't diagnose. I suggest you talk to your doctor about this.
