Dinner meal

Hi all just a question, I started my dinner meal 9.7mmol. Had 30g of potato’s and 10g of baked beans.
40g all in.
I took 3 units of Novorapid 1:10 ratio. 50 minutes later at 7.4 , that’s without correction dose. Can someone maybe tell me why this is. Thanks

You were trending down all afternoon, how much insulin did you take at lunchtime?

Also, are you sure 1:10 is your evening carb ratio, mine varies somewhat throughout the day.

I took 8 units for 42g of carbs with a 10g snack. I’m pretty sure I’m 1:10 ratio, after the 2 hours I went up to 9. Unsure about what could cause this, whenever I bolus before eating this occasionally happens . The joys lol . I’m 1:5 morning, 1:7 lunch, 1:10 evening and supper meals
