I have had it a couple of days a bug I think but not took my metformin while I have had it in case it made it worse my numbers on my blood didn’t rise wondering if I should stop it a bit
 
When I gave up metformin my levels were at similar levels but my dietary changes were already starting to noticeably bring them down.
Those seem a bit high to stop medication.. I'd definitely think about waiting until the bug has gone but monitor regularly and closely.. the bug might also be raising the sugars a bit too.. maybe have a chat with your DN (if they are any good)?
