Disappearing Pen

Nope! Even had my small child, chimney sweep style, in and behind the glove box...........sort of! :D

I lose all sorts of things - often myself, in fact. I have such a rubbish sense of direction that I have been known to get disorientated in my own (small!) house...... and not just when I'm hypo, either!

I lost my original Novopen (steel, sexy - back then Novopens really did look like nice pens!) at school - it had fallen out of my pocket at lunchtime and another kid had picked it up. It eventually made its way to the staff room - the kid had unscrewed the cap and obviously thought 'blimey, this is obviously not something I can hold onto' and handed it in at the end of the day, telling the teacher 'I don't think it's an ordinary pen'.

So I wasn't without it for long, but until it turned up I was utterly beside myself...

:)

Down the side of the passenger seat i bet, or even by this time under the seat itself..... as long as the door was shut when you took out the blood test kit, chances are it would of slid sideways and rolled.... or potentially if you had a bag on the floor of the passenger side, could of fallen in there.... either way, if you don't find it, if you ever sell the car, you'll have to leave a note explaining what it is to whoever finds it :P

We are thinking about replacing the car soon anyway so if I were to sell it the ad would go something like:

For sale: Mitsubishi Outlander Elegance 4x4 08-reg, This car has been to the moon and back, although it's no rocket ship! But that also means it quite economical on the juice for it's size. It once had stunning black paintwork, pristine full leather seats plus all the usual standard gadgets (EW,ES,CL,FM,RWW,HRS,AL, AW, TC, ABC,DEF and XYZ) as a top of the range car of this age - it does have Sat Nav but could do with a post-war update ($$$$)! It doesn't squeak or rattle, that noise is provided by an insulin pen hidden somewhere within the dash board which comes free with the car...................
