Well it was a great success! Very tasty and filling, had with a chunk of low carb bread which was necessary to mop up the lovely juices. My chermoula dressing was redder than the original as I couldn’t get green chillies, it’s an absolute amazing dressing and would be great on any meats etc a bit like chimichurri but thicker (the recipe is in a clickable link in the original recipe)
I also added some fried chorizo and mozzarella as they needed using up. Will definitely make it again, oh and those little jewels of pomegranate when they burst in your mouth - wow definitely do not miss these out!
