Not being funny!!, but can someone please just put together a weekly diet sheet for high type 2?.. I don't
want to read about beans ..a whole book costing ££'s.. just a simple diet sheet to print up and put one in the car for shopping and one on the kitchen cupboard door.The rest is irrelevant time wasting money making pap.. I haven't got the time to read it all to make a diet I AM ILL!!! Men don't want books we want a fast solution! Have you come across such a diet sheet?.. or am i about to give up on the internet as a quick place for useful information. reading 8 so need action!! Advice please.
