Dissapointing

I hope this will give me enough information to show where I took a wrong turn recently. Strips cost me around 12 pounds for 25 (Accucheck-no code free here!) and my poor fingers already hurt like bilio!

Overseas Customers
All shipments are sent by Royal Mail Priority Airmail as standard and are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage but do not have a tracking number. If you would like your order sent with tracking then this is available by selecting the “tracked” option at checkout for an additional charge. If you select the tracked option, then your order will be sent using the Royal Mail International Signed service.

The delivery charge will vary by location. To calculate the shipping charge to your location go to checkout and enter your address details. Once you have done this, the different options and their associated charges will be shown.

The delivery time will also vary by location but in general, delivery to Europe will take ~3-5 days, delivery to North America will take ~5-7 days and to all other locations will take ~7-10 days. Please note however that we have found deliveries to certain locations such as Brazil, India, Israel, Turkey, Russia, UAE and most of northern Africa can be very slow and will take several weeks to arrive.

So I think you can have codefree there too..

I'll have a look, do the maths and look into whether or not there's an issue with customs. Thanks for the info!

My trig's rose when I tried LCHF, now back on reduced carb, lowish carb which suits my overall health better. Also on statins which have reduced my overall cholesterol levels.
Yes me to trigs rose when I was eating more saturated fat. I had been on statins for a few years which had kept my cholesterol good then started to eat less carbs and more saturated fat and it rose quite a bit so now I do more moderate carbs and my fat is from good oils avocados and olives rather than saturated fat. I don't eat red meat or products made from it. I have read here that quite few people found their cholesterol had risen after having high fat for a while

But also a lot of them don't think that their cholesterol levels are that important anyway especially considering it is essential for your body to work. After my fairly extensive reading you would never find me taking statins but as ever it is up to each of us.
