As many choices as poster on here. And every way will have a study proving they're right, and another study proving they're wrong.
Breakfast, best meal of the day, or the worst.
Eating late, too much food and your bs rises in the night. or eat late and stop your liver dump in the morning.
My personal choice is about 200 calories at breakfast, 400 to 600 at lunch, The same in the early evening, and smaller snacks in between. A final 200 calories later.
(Well it will be when I need to go back up to that level, it's currently less for the main meals)
Little and often suits me, so it's more grazing, and low impact on bs with a low load. Any snack just means a bit less later in the day, and it balances out.
